Refund Policy

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges after an item has been processed.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us a message so we can help on an individual basis.

We do our best to protect your package as best as we can, but inevitably a broken crystals can occur during shipping.

  • Please contact both our shop and the postal service if this occurs with images of the finding. Each package has $100 shipping insurance automatically applied which is redeemed through the postal service. Pictures should be provided to our shop so that we can look into if this can be prevented in the future.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship through USPS.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process your order.

Shipping within US

  • Flat rate shipping $12.00
  • Orders over $100 - FREE shipping (automatically applied)
  • Local Pickup - FREE local pickup available, with limited hours. Send message for more information

All orders ship out the following Tuesday afternoon, unless other wise stated.

All packages shipped within the US have $100 shipping insurance. If there is an issue with your package during shipping, please contact the postal service for more information.

Shipping Internationally

Archery Crystals is working on expanding shipping areas. Price will vary based on Shopify rates. If your area is unavailable, send us a message!

Can I Reserve a Crystal?

Yes. Crystals can be put on hold for 2 weeks with a deposit of 10%. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Maximum $100 for First Time Customers
  • Maximum $500 for Returning Customers unless otherwise discussed.

If you wish to reserve a crystal, please email archerycrystals@gmail.com.

Once we receive your email, we will add a shop item titled "Deposit Payment" with your initials. You will need to complete the purchase of that item to pay the deposit.

Again, deposit payments are non-refundable.

Do You Have Payment Plans?

Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to do this at this time.

If interest arises, I will consider adding installment options such as affirm through shopify or Klarna through etsy.

What is "Perfectly Imperfect"?

In an attempt to reduce waste, a collection of "Perfectly Imperfect" crystals have been listed on our website.

"Perfectly Imperfect" is used to describe crystals that have blemishes, natural cracks or chips, or man created imperfections that begin to affect the crystal's esthetics.

  • This is a subjective guideline, and is based off of our opinions.

Prices have been adjusted to account for imperfections as they affect the crystals' esthetics on an individual basis.

Mohs Hardness Scale - What is it?

The Mohs Hardness Scale is used to measure the scratch resistance of crystals and minerals. The scale ranges from 1 to 10, with 1 being the softest and 10 being the hardest.

Here are some of the most commonly used minerals used to compare hardness.

  • Diamond: 10
  • Corundum: 9
  • Topaz: 8
  • Quartz: 7
  • Apatite: 5
  • Fluorite: 4
  • Calcite: 3
  • Gypsum: 2
  • Talc: 1

Common Household Items:

  • Masonry Drill Bit: 8.5
  • Steel Nail: 6.5
  • Knife/Glass Plate: 5.5
  • Copper Penny: 3.5
  • Fingernail: 2.5

My Crystal Looks Different

Our pictures attempt to show all aspects of crystals as they are seen by the naked eye.

  • Pictures may show slight differences in color with change in lighting.
  • No alterations have been made to the photos in an attempt to show their natural beauty and imperfections.
  • Small natural imperfections/cracks, man made chips may be missed. Attempts have been made on each listing to point out imperfections. Crystals are "Perfectly Imperfect".

My Package Got Lost in the Mail

Packages within the US have $100 shipping insurance automatically applied. If there is an issue during shipping, please contact the postal service to look into your tracking number.
