Refund policy

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to fragility shipping concerns. 

Our crystal listings attempt to show all aspects of the crystals as they are to the naked eye. There may be mild variations in color, small natural imperfections/cracks, or man made chips. Prices have been adjusted to account for man-made imperfections as they affect the crystals' esthetics on an individual basis.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please send us a message so we can help on an individual basis. 

We do our best to protect your package as best as we can, but inevitably a broken crystal may occur. Please contact us if this happens with images of the concern.
